Ultramon ? (Dual Monitor users-- help me !)

I recently connected two monitors to my desktop PC and one is larger than the other. The smaller monitor is set as the main monitor, because I want the taskbar/clock, etcetera, visible while playing fullscreen games on the larger monitor. My games USED to run fullscreen on the larger monitor, but now they don't. They only play on whatever I set to be the main monitor.

Apparently there's a program called "Ultramon" that lets you choose which monitor a program opens on, but I can't figure out how to work it. Does anyone else use this program who might be able to help me ?

Or does anyone know how to do this in general ? I need help ! :<

If you can toggle between fullscreen and windowed mode in the game itself, then drag the windowed game into the other screen, and toggle fullscreen on. It should enlarge in that screen.

At least, that's what I do, and it seems to work.

That made a lot of sense to me, and so I tried it (a few days ago), and unfortunately it resizes back onto the smaller monitor. :<

Minimize the game, right click on it in the task bar and move to other monitor.
Not seeing this command.

Maybe it's because I'm running Windows 7 ? I suppose I should have mentioned that.

Can you screenshot ?

I don't have that option either and I'm on XP. Do you need a third party tool for that?

The option's not on Vista either.
I've got Displayfusion, which adds the option among other things, but it never works with fullscreen stuff.
When I start GTA San Andreas with my external monitor plugged in, it lets me select which screen to use. This also happens in Audiosurf, so there may be a general way to launch stuff on external displays. Lemme google.

Edit: It seems most of the internet isn't aware that people with external displays might want to play games on them.

Yeah, this would be useful to know.

I also use DisplayFusion for the time being, and have issues with fullscreen stuff.

And yeah, the internet isn't aware. I tried. T_T
