Stupid question but...where's the skin folder?

I can't find the skins folder.
I opened 'properties' by right clicking on the osu icon like what some people said,but I couldn't see it.
Can anyone help me?Please?

Go to the directory where your osu! is installed.

C:/Program Files/osu!/Skins

There is a folder inside of the osu! directory where your skin folder is.

If the file you downloaded is a .osk file, you can drag and drop the file into your osu! folder

Also, this question belongs in Technical Support.
