this used to be a playstyle many years ago, but nobody uses this playstyle anymore. today everyone uses the playstyle called "spread" where you use 2 fingers on each hand, traditionally your middle and index finger, and use keybinds which are spaced out, like qwop or asl; or zx,. etc
edit: also worth mentioning that the reason nobody uses this playstyle anymore is because it severely limits the maps you could play. the maps you can play with index (how this arrow playstyle are called) are mapped like garbage and are very rarely made anymore. everyone uses spread because it works with all maps

Yea you can if you want to, but it's a pretty limiting playstyle and you may not be able to play the majority of the content in the game
It's one of the oldest playstyle back then but the problem is that your skin must be arrow skin or else you would take way more time getting used to which button corresponds to which.
Just use the key PositioniX suggests, it'll work more on several skins instead of limiting yourself with just arrows.

You can, there's a specific skin for that and you'll need to change your binds but I wouldn't recommend it as for harder maps it's gonna get chaotic real quick and you'll find that the arrow keys aren't the most suitable for playing mania.
