My first skin (and also my entry for the skinning competition).

The skin has a russian metro theme and some Touhou, cause why not?

Updates:

1.1: Fixed the hit-100/cursor
1.2: Updated arrowwarning and added mod icons for scoreV2 and targetpractise
1.3: Added main menu background, added some visual flair to A,B,C and D ranking screens, optimized ranking screen to save some storage space

I didn't have time to make downscaled versions for everything yet so its just HD for now
