Happy Chronica

This 4/20, I decided to mix the three greatest things in life together: Anime, video games, and weed.

This is a skin for osu!standard (and sort of for CTB) that gives the game a marijuana/Snoop-senpai feel.
dedicated to my good friend, itsNeko (too bad he's in Taiwan right now ;_;)

If you want to use any of the elements, go ahead. Just let me know.
