What is the Mapper Help Team?

The Mapper Help Team is an active team with qualified members that have lots of experience in modding and mapping. We help new mappers (no ranked / bubbled map) with any problem they have. Our members are always open for questions and will always help you, if you have any problems. No single member can deny when help is needed.

How can I join the Mapper Help Team?

We gladly welcome new members to this team. If you meet the following requirements, feel free to send Deni or Static Noise Bird a forum PM:

  1. Experience in modding and mapping.
  2. Being Active.
  3. You are willing to help new mappers.


How can we help you?

We can help you with:

  1. General questions about mapping and ranking beatmaps.
  2. Timing your map.
  3. Finding a good mp3, changing the mp3 bitrate.
  4. Rendering videos to a rankable size.
  5. Improving your maps through normal or IRC mods. (Mod reqs are closed at the moment)


I need help. How can I request?

Just post in this topic. One member of the Mapper Help Team will quickly pm you ingame and help you with your problem. Please keep in mind that this team is for new mappers only, so we don't mod your map if you have a ranked or bubbled map.

This is a cool looking queue.
I've always wanted an experienced mapper to give me a regular or IRC mod. I would like to see the new things they point out, and what the experienced mappers think of my map. Looks like I finally can.

Yes, mod requests are closed for now. Also there's now a Google Document with the mod requests on the first post.

General questions, timing and and finding mp3's is still open.

This is the best quality I could find. Also I resized it to a rankable size.

I guess there won't be a better quality for this picture, since it's from a video.
