Mechanical keyboard help

I always had to use membrane keyboard for gaming and was thinking about switching. My problem with membrane keyboard is that when I play longer maps (3 minutes+) I often get tired and my fingers get a lot slower. I am heavily pressing down the keys.

TL;DR I wanna get better at stamina

Any opinions and/or recommendations for keyboard/switches? I am beginner in this, never used/experienced mechanical keyboard before.

I can only really vouch for Cherry mx red and outemu blue switches. Cherry mx reds are pretty good imo but I'm sure there's better linear switches out there (like gateron ink blacks or novelkeys cream). As for outemu blue I occasionally use them, they're pretty good if you're on a budget but they're very loud switches, however don't expect outemu blue switches to be top quality since they're honestly just a cherry mx clone.

Take my advice with a grain of salt since all I am is a EZHTFLPF farmer

Would I get different results if I were to change to a mechanical instead though? Maybe better results?

usually yes, but they are not equivalent
this example is my friend accustomed keyboard and one stupid switch(rf104u) he cant control it

i think keys feeling > all
so, if you can very accustomed to membrane and played well, its not bad thing
just i think, you still can try mechanical switch
this two are very different really
