How do I fix my low fps on laptop (i am at 450 fps with stutters), I have a 1650 ti and an 11th gen i7 I have tried Igpu low res compatiblity mode you name it, but how do I fix this I cant seem to find any solutions I haven't tried yet online, thanks in advance

You can modify osu game files to change the FPS cap. Mine is at 480fps with the "Optimal" setting. Try using optimal to reduce stutters, and there isn't really any point increasing the FPS cap if your monitor isn't at that refresh rate. Like 1000fps versus 120fps for osu on my 60hz screen has next to no difference, other than just placebo and "feeling".
You may want to close all background apps like discord, sharex, etc.

Make sure your laptop is not on power-saving mode, fullscreen enabled, and your framelimiter is on Unlimited
Oh, and, if by chance you use Discord, try to disable Discord Overlay, as it known to causes some problems
