Sorry but, without any screenshot/video, it would be hard to know which skin is it from the details you have mentioned

Unfortunately, I do not know what skins that have that cusor

Actually, this is caused by the Shaders setting. Red screen warning will be triggered when the HP bar drops below 20%.
