I'm doing a research ethnography on vertical scrolling rhythm games and their communities, using osu! mania as my main example. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could fill out this form I made about the community, its demographics and such, this paper means a lot to me! Thank you in advance!

If you're saying that cause the link looks shady, sorry. It was the most convenient online survey making tool that didn't require respondents to make an account. If you're saying that cause the questions about age/location, you can leave those blank and still do the opinion questions. Didn't mean to come off as weird lol

I mean, the top level domain is still the same. It's just the identifying string of whatever before the TLD that makes it look bad. Besides, like I said, you don't have to enter any personal info if you don't want to. Every website you ever go to logs your IP, but God forbid your public IP gets paired with... your opinion on the mania community?
In google forms when you don't require an email login it doesn't give options to prevent duplicate checking. So I have no way of knowing if someone would just be making up answers and/or spamming the form.
I wont really care one way or another if you fill it out or not, but I assure you I'm just using it for a paper for my english class. Responses are anonymous. I'm not gonna post the responses anywhere, or send them to anybody. I don't know how or if I can prove it to you.

that link is safe.

(as in, its not running any fishy code in your browser- no idea what the backend is doing. but due to the nature of the questions, there isn't much of a risk)

No worries man, I get it cause I'm pretty protective of my privacy too. I don't blame you for being cautious -- this is the internet after all.
