Tablets?

I am still pretty new to osu and I was wondering what people use to play. I am guessing most people use the tablet/keyboard combo? Or is the mouse/keyboard an option? Also what kindof tablet thing would be good for this and how much would they cost?

*I don't know if they are called tablets, or touchpads, or what. Just whatever people use to play :p

When i started osu i had a mouse,later i found out i could use tablet but sadly i was using it on the wrong settings until really recently a friend helped me fixing it.

i could say an average of tablets that people use are from Wacom the one i got cost me about 50euros (which is 40/60USD or so? not sure sorry if i am wrong D:)and its simple and great,i dont think you really need anything expensive just for drawing or playing osu.

Also you can combine tablet with keyboard.
Or play mouse only / combine it with keyboard.

tablets with touchpads are diferent,all you can do there is use your fingers i guess xD really never used one if you need any help about this i would recommend you check over the threads that actually explain further more about tablet /mouse plays or just ask me out~

They are talking about graphics tablets more specifically from this website http://www.wacom.com/ and even more specifically the bamboo line of tablets.

They are cheap, but work perfectly for playing.

By no means think that this is the only way to play though. There are many very good mouse players that have existed and still do exist (Doomsday and Silvia.)

Just play the way you think is the most fun and if you do decide to get a tablet then really any bamboo tablet will do (Get a mid priced version around $50 because you don't need an expensive one unless you draw with it as well.)
