Found this pp counter called gosu memory is it allowed? If it is allowed is the thing safe?
I got it to check maps pp.

As long as it doesn't give you an advantage over other players then it is fine. tons of top100 players etc use them, so i'm assuming it is okay.

As for if it's safe, probably, but who knows. will let someone else answer that.

Somewhere I heard that they aren't allowed, but lately I have heard that they are allowed. I would suggest read all the info, rules and faq about the game. You might find something in there.
