there's no markers (or even mapping tools to my knowledge) that support a change of bpm over time,
maps with multiple uninherited (red) as are consistent across the maps are known as variable bpm timing and are usually gruesome to implement at a satisfactory standard.
i would ask you to stay away from these types of songs if you're new to mapping, and I assume you are because you have none submitted yet. there are most fundamental things you should learn first. however if you want more information on how to time these:
