I have a problem from time to time, it repeats itself and I have to cover osu, the problem is that when I enter the beatmap I play it does not count any slider or circles I don't know why I am asking for help

I don't understand. Is this during gameplay or in editor? What do you mean by not "count"?
I have a problem,when i want to adda new beatmap, it don't downloads how it has to do.The file looks like a paper with anything in.Help pls
