I feel like im not making any progress at all for mania. I play consistently and S rank most 2* beatmaps but still cant play most 3* or get any pp. I feel like im also addicted to this game, just playing whenever I have time & havins sore arms all the time. Amy tips on how to quit osu for good?

That's because, in osu!mania, 3* maps are basically leagues ahead of 2* ones when it comes to difficulty. The patterns are way more complex and require quite a bit of stamina to hit them with good accuracy. This is what I've experienced when I was trying to get better at mania a long time ago.
Though, if you want to quit the game, all you can really do is uninstall and stop playing.

I really like osu, its just I feel embarassed that my playtime is leagues ahead of my rank. Idk I did manage to take a 2 week break and my rank skyrocketed. But Im just confused on what to do

You shouldn't be embarassed about your playtime, the more time u have in a game the more experienced you are, whether you have a high rank or not. If you are enjoying the game then youre doing alot better then some people. I have 28days playtime in std and my rank doesnt really show that at all lol.

Anyways though like gman said just uninstall the game if you need to quit. Try taking another break first though and see what happens, every time i take break (recently have taken months and months off)no matter how long, i come back playing better, seems to be the case for you too from what u said.

Thanks man for the reassurance man. I honestly decided to play other gamemodes in osu since I enjoy the game but after a while, my mind starts to drift from playing the same gamemode since its albeit monotony. After today, I promised myself I will not play osu since I realized im getting burnt out from it.

Like i said before in a another forum post, MINDSET IS KEY. Osu is more of a mental game than most people think. Never be negative!!!

Instead of saying "I feel like Im not making any progess at all..." say "I cant do this map for now but with practice I can definately do it!"

Instead of saying "im addicted to this game and I don't know when to stop" say "wow this game is fun time flies by so quickly when im playing!"

Instead of saying "how to quit osu for good" say "Im going to take a break and play other games and come back if I have the time to improve and to do my absolute best."

Always be positive and never negative. Negativity will not help you in any way! Good luck :)
