Explain the issue you are having:
When i start osu, it crashes.
I get the option to restart osu or press exit, both options do the same thing, it keeps showing the error message, but now transparent.

Windows 7 SP1 x64
Nvidia GeForge 9800GT
Intel core quad Q8200
osu version: 1.3.3.7 (digital signature: Dean Herbert, pe@ppy.sh, 23 march 2013
user permissions : Administrator
Language: Dutch (NL).

Is it reproducible? If so, explain the steps to do so:

1. Do something
Start osu

2. Do something else
Close osu with the task manager and restart osu ( if i press the exit button, it crashes again as you can see in the screenshot i post at the bottom of this post)

3. osu! explodes in a million pieces!
I put the error and screenshot with the error message at the bottom of this post

Include any relevant video or screenshots, and hardware information for hard crashes or lag issues:

I tried that, and also tested it with the vsync and the fullscreen and different combinations, still the error that osu can be closed or restarted.
