I'm curious, what does "D" mean? I guess you can keep the custom name as long as it makes some sense.

01:45:093 (4) - This one is kinda..., due to the way this one is mapped. I guess this one could stay or you could re-arrange the pattern so you can split it.

01:28:061 (4) - Is a repeat missing here or is this intentional? Hm, either way, I believe you should add a repeat here, (4) -> (5) doesn't flow very well and the repeat would fit perfectly.

00:17:963 (5,1) - Flow is a bit awkward here. Perhaps you could try reversing (5) but you would need to move (4) & (5) a little further from (1). You could try that or something else.
00:34:500 (3,4,5) - This pattern is a little iffy, mostly because it seems like you're using the sliders with repeat for the "drums" but (4) is also mapping a part of the vocals. I'd suggest to split the pattern so that these "special" drums aren't mixed with the vocals. It seems like you're doing this to keep the symmetry, which you can do with a different pattern, let me suggest something like this, in this kind of pattern you can clearly recognize how the first 2 kick slider (3) & (4) are mapping the drums, I hope you get what I mean.
01:21:398 (3) - This slider is a bit too long, I believe. You can clearly hear that a new "hold" starts here 01:22:385 - . You could try shortening this one until 01:22:138 - and then add a new slider here 01:22:385 -
