4 timing points, actually - only one if you keep the same bpm throughout the entire song.

offset 368 - bpm 94

typically unless there's some specific reason to apply that kind of half/double bpms (for example the different section is slightly variable, like calm acoustic section or similar) you should just skip them and use a single point whenever possible

with quick skim thru the song and timing that is the case and one timing point should be sufficient
