Need help with a hard map

Hey, I decided to start mappping and I wanted to create a hard map, and I can say, it turned out really hard. But for some reason I feel like some of the notes are offbeat, and I dont really know how to make it to so it gets better, fun and ranked. Any ideas? I feel like my offset is bad.

1. yes notes are offsync because offset is 1073, not 766.
2. the map is unrankable

timing was the first major reason why it was unrankable. there is also map spread issues, metadata issues (most notably source), and major issues on the map itself regarding quality

Understandable, I'll try to provide better maps, since I'm a beginner I think I can improve a lot, just by people telling me my mistakes. Thanks for your help!

in case you wanna get some feedback/mods about your map you can go here community/forums/60 ,also maybe some people there can help your timing as well
