Force to write a topic title in the Support Forum. [duplicate]

To avoid people from creating topics with the title "Summarise the issue here in 50 characters", the title should be checked before posting to ensure the user has really written something there. If the user hasn't written a title, it should give an error message similar to the one given when the title is empty.

can't remember the request title, can't remember how long ago. so yeah, dam
i'll have another look though
no wonder i couldn't find it >_>
i was looking in completed requests and it wasn't even MillhioreF that requested it. i fail \:D/
