There's nothing wrong with the map. But it's abit evil and unfair. Get a 2x bpm warning on the fast bits, and get rid of the kiai timing, it doesn't fit with the song and hurts my eyes.
Or you could get rid of those sections all together.

01:15:19 (4) - It's dangerous to put a long slider on a 0.5x BPM part in a map with a low slider tick rate and a high HP drain. This alone can sap a big chunk of life from the HP bar, even if it's perfectly hit.
alright, i've cut it in to 3 sliders, and changed the other slider aswell to make it fit.

I guess it's because of the storyboard, I saw there was a bunch of cut image for the breaking effect, instead of putting these pieces from the beginning why not putting them up just before the image break ? that way lag would not be present anymore in the intro.
