I couldn't really use your mod from my M4M queue, so I will just give you some basic things.

[General]
Timing: Offset 7156. The BPM is corrrect.
Try to resize the background to 1024x786, or a 16:9 ratio.
You have no tags either, I would recommend you add some!

[Hard]
Use Approach rate 8. 7 is really slow for the pace of this song. Also makes the jumps easier to read!
Bump the HP Drain up to 6, 5 is really easy for the amount of notes you use.
And I recommend using Overall Difficulty 7, 6 is pretty easy, but that might just be me. Up to you on this one.

[Easy]
Approach rate 3 or 4. 2 is too slow, even for the newbies! Also bump the Overall Difficulty and HP Drain up to 3 or 4.
