Hey guys so I left my pc case open and my cat peed into it and now my pc is completely broken. I have 500€ and need a laptop that can run osu and that I can do my school stuff on. Any recommendations?

I'd say to go for second hand laptops. they make a lot more sense to buy SH than brand new. the laptop will probably be a few years old, but osu! doesn't require powerful hardware to achieve high framerates.
there's a certain level of concern buying SH. there are guides out there for buying laptops SH, here's an example.
many recommend ThinkPad laptops because they're cheap, have lots of expendability and have a very good build quality, however, they aren't built for gaming as these are made mainly for businesses, so they may not be the best option if you want to play games besides osu. I'd personally look at the offerings available and see what will work best. you might also want to look for some RAM sticks, in case you want more RAM in your machine and/or a new battery, if the battery can be removed. if you want a laptop for real cheap go for broken ones. usually the fix for these machines is rather simple and can be fixed without breaking the bank, but it does requires disassembly so it might not be your cup of tea.
