How do I can the color of the combo skin when I failed in multiplayer....

I think there is no way to do that now. Maybe request it or something...but intended, gray is the most significant color to show that you've failed, even if you hate it.
THERE is a way! make hitcircle of a ceirtain color, maybe even transparent, like this one 
this will afect every colorization, but at least there will be no gray
