[Archived] I bought supporter tag, when do i get it?

Earlier today i supported osu. when do i get the "supporter tag" and the stuff that comes along with it?

yes that is the reason that i supported osu. i was simply just wondering when i would get the supporter tag:)

It should apply automatically. You should try and confirm that your payment went through. If you have proof that it went through and you still don't have your supporter tag, you may have to contact peppy.

Also, I hope you bought it for yourself and not for another account.

If it doesn't apply automatically (which it clearly hasn't), create a thread in tech support. Be sure to include your method of payment.

or I can just move this to that forum and say the following:

Send an email to peppy: pe@ppy.sh and he'll take care of the rest.

I believe this is caused when you try to buy a some supporter time with an insufficient amount of money..
It still says one month when you drag between 4$ and 8$. Does this have to do with it?
