I was thinking if the percent accuracy was not random, I mean, when a player hits a 100 in osu! the 100% will decrease, so instead of first reaching 100% then decrease or increase, I thought it might be better if the accuracy was just increasing. For example, I hit the first note perfectly (which will display 300) the accuracy will just display, probably 2.03% and when I hit a 100, it should probably display 3.01%, keeping the player in suspense on what his accuracy be, especially in online game mode where there is a competition on accuracy.
