So yeah I am mapping a music and I have idea that I want the default hitsound from default skin but I find it there's no folder anything about default skin at all. welp
you can't find it because it's hard-coded into resource files
that being said, it's posted in the forums too by peppy so you can download it like any other skin from here and then it'll appear in your Skins-folder
