How do osu youtubers not get any copyright claims?

This might be a dumb question with a simple answer like they have a license or something, but I'm still curious to how Youtubers like Hugofrost upload their osu plays?

e.g : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVbe1y3IZ1g&ab_channel=Hugofrost

most of the time, these videos get a content ID claim; basically, the company who owns the song gets all the ad revenue the video generates. if the creator doesn't want that, they can pitch up the song in post. it isn't the most elegant solution and it might not work all of the time.

Sometimes vaxei just puts the volume at a very low level and the hit sounds at a high level but most YOUTUBERS just use the pitch change.
