We haven't gotten a top 20 for the CTB players since 2018 so i thought it would be good to revive this format.
i'll be using He Hang CTB's format and scoring system.
Brackets:
1. Top 20 general.
2. Specialists.
Rules:
1. Both voters & nominees must have at least 1500pp.
2. Do not vote for banned/restricted players.
3. Do not vote for players who have not been active since 2019.
4. Please write the exact usernames (e.g. no abbreviations).
5. No self-votes.
6. You cannot vote more than once, but you may edit your initial vote unless the voting stage has ended.
7. Two person cannot occupy the same slot.
8. Each nominee can only occupy one position.
9. You may choose not to vote for the Specialists bracket, but you must fully vote for Top 20 general.
10. You can vote for the same person in Specialist bracket, but not more than twice.
11. Troll votes will not be counted.
12. Please do not fight over nominees.

5. 720
6. 645
7. 575
8. 510
9. 450

The specialists will not receive extra credit in the Top 20 general, their specialty should have already been taken into account as a valuable criteria for the Top 20 general.
