How to make a really really faster slider within a small beat divisor?

So im making a map that sounds super majestic, similar to -FALLEN- by Kaneko Chiharu and decided I want to make those really really faster sliders. But when I made my slider tick 1 and rate 3.1, its not fast at all.

Any help? thank you!

I don't really know how slider tick have anything to do with slider velocity, but anyway.

Move your timeline cursor to the start of the slider you want to change, click Ctrl+Shift+P.

In the Timing tab, at the Difficulty section, choose Custom, and then input whatever value you want from 0.1x to 4.0x.

it's worth noting that, through opening the .osu itself, you may extend this sv multiplier to up to 10x. FALLEN actually does this at one point, reaching over 6x sv. you can find out more at https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/en/osu!_File_Formats/Osu_(file_format) / timing

it has to make sense and be a quality map, but yea, cant find anything in rc that says no.
