I got a Wacom CTL-472 tablet and I was wondering, should I just use the wacom drivers? Or is there any other drivers you guys recommend me to use? (I'm new to tablets so yeah)

Thanks for the help!

You can use hawku driver

Try to stick with the manufacturers drivers unless there is something you don't like about them. My Huion tablet has very bare-bones drivers, but that works perfectly fine for me.

Try different drivers, then pick the one you like the most.

Does anyone know what the lift off distance is on the wacom cth 472

if you're having problems with stability, I'd start off with the Devocub drivers which are a string of Hawku that help determining your cursor placement. Hawku and Devocub are definitely a little better than Wacom drivers, but also be sure to play around with different areas too.

about an inch but you really shouldn't hover that high regardless

I suggest you use the hawku drivers for more adjustments. I find the official one lacks that sort of thing like adjusting latency and such and it's more convenient to use overall in my opinion.
