A new concept of Song change permission in multiplayer lobbys

(Example host rotate lobby)
If your lobby is doing host rotate, the host has to give host to the next person everytime.
Instead of giving host, maybe there could be a new role, like "DJ" or something like that.
If the host gives you "DJ", you can only change the Song, the Host still can control everything in the Lobby.

When you give host, the lobby creator can still control the lobby via mp commands: wiki/en/osu%21tourney/Tournament_Management_Commands

The lobby creator can also give other people that ability via 
!mp addref <username>

It should be noted tho that a ref can not add refs.

I knew that, but my idea would make it more user friendly and easier for new players to understand.

I feel like your suggestion is actually doing the opposite, since there wont be just the host, but also DJs that could change the song at free will. But I do agree, the !mp commands aren't the most friendly ones and really dont work for long going mp lobbies, aka ones where both host and refs are gone.
Probably quite likely to see something for this in lazer.
