community/forums/topics/175867I recommend starting there and with some of your maps that you already have downloaded on a difficulty you can play.
Assuming you don't hit the blue note button when its red you should try to get comfortable with the patterns which there are a few in that forum.
Once you are sort of comfortable hitting the patterns when you play a song you should try your best to be accurate when you listen to the song. You want to try to be consistent to the point your accuracy bar starts to glow from your hits being around the same spot when you play. You want to be able to play as smooth as butter and not rush and make your patterns sound weird.
As for training maps, its hard to recommend you something since you might not be experiences (judging from your scores and playtime) without being skill level. What I can tell you is when you find something hard to do, but you know you can do it you can go into edit mode by right clicking the song in the menu and selecting edit. From there you go to the section in the song you had trouble with with the timeline at the bottom and click test to start from that moment. Just study the pattern, and if you don't know how its played you can press tab to turn on autoplay.
