After then as "Spun out" was rankable it still is in "Special" Will be better move it in "Difficulty Reduction". For new players it would be understandingly.

Not really necessary on its own... but if ever there's a new special mod introduced, it'd be nice to have the extra room for it. Special mods right now are all unranked except for SpunOut, so it's kinda the odd one out ever since No Video got removed (it used to be the only ranked special mod)
I think that it(SO in special) may mislead people who don't know it, and someone who have never used it may think it's unranked
It makes more sense to be in the upper mod tier. It would make room for more interesting special mods. I support this initiative.
