idk i did not checked the whole song,
i found 105 (you can use 210 in game) by tapping while listening to your youtube link.

Put your mp3 in game, check offset and set 105 or 210 bpm, you can start from there,
you'll see pretty fast if a section is not sync with music later.

Maybe watch Pishifat's youtube tutorials about timing maps.
Also if you want timings help, i suggest you to upload the map on your profile and link the map,
youtube videos are not very good for timings.
