In Ouendan and EBA, each complete revolution of a spinner is worth 100 points, whether or not you've filled up the meter yet. In bonus-time, you actually get 1100 points for each spin (since 1000 + 100).

Edit: As of b76 I have changed this. If you're going to be picky and notice that the first 100 points is achieved 1/2 a circle rotation too early - I already have this on my list to fix - it will be in the next build
