Ummm, thanks to whoever moved this to general questions.
Checked your profile, but it doesn't look like you uploaded anything. Regardless, when you submit an update in the editor, you can always change between submitting to pending and submitting to WIP. If you ever want to change its status, just resubmit it with the correct status.
Also as a small note, single diffs will automatically be submitted as WIP.
Also, I agree that you should try to make your English more understandable.
