If anyone has been on the #osu/#lobbby channels for more than 5 minutes, they would understand this, but would also help in less used channels like #french, #spanish or #russian, or even just simple game-mode ones (#ctb, #osumania and #taiko). This could also technically work as a sort of trial mod or helper in a sort of way, where this person would be able to use a few commands that would only be usable by mods or peppy (as far as I know). This is partly because of the amount of people asking about why name colors are different for some users, or why certain languages aren't allowed in the main channels, or simply just for help. I am proposing that this would not be available to all people, however, to reduce spam and other problems that may arise. I am also proposing that these users do not have access to all features a moderator has, but simply the most common ones that moderators would use to get past language barriers or other misconceptions. This would be given by moderators or anyone higher that is trusted and passes any requirements.
TL;DR
Make new role that gives trusted people role to reduce confusion in chats that would display !faq commands.
