since i have vision problems playing mania on the left hurts my eyes a lot. other rhythm games i've played had it in the middle with larger icons. does anyone have a skin that is like that? thanks

Bit of a shameless self promotion here, but my skin has the mania playfield in the center.
I'm not sure if it's as big as you're looking for but I think it's pretty comfortable on the eyes.

since the centre alignment is adjustable in the .ini file, asking for skins that have it is pretty pointless as you can even do it yourself.
There are external programs that will do it for you (the above post for example), what you have to do is just type the value you want.
