So I've made a map of the song, and it's...

Written by Kevin Sherwood
and sung by Clark S Nova

The song, and the other songs Kevin writes, are known for being by Kevin Sherwood. "Kevin Sherwood - Insert Song Title Here". Never the actual singer.
So... Kevin Sherwood is known as the main guy, but Clark Nova is the actual singer.

Who do I put as the artist?

First of all, I'm not sure if this is a track used in that game (no info in itunes or amazon). If not, you cannot make this map's source be 'Call of Duty: Black Ops2'. You should put them in tags only.

And from the information provided in the video, I think Keven Sherwood is OK. And put 'Clark S. Nova' in tags.
