I imagine to get an advantage on spinners, or to switch from tablet to mouse mid-song. Doesn't seem that useful, though?

in some maps don't need high sensitivity, but in some need. If you play in multiplayer, it can not be changе

i find it's a lot easier playing with the same sensitivity all the time. no support

1. it's not a "visual setting"
2. i think it'd be best if visual settings only contain map specific settings
3. like what deadbeat said, it's so much easier to play with the same sensitivity

Beatmap hitsounds aren't a "visual setting" unless you've got the appropriate type of synesthesia.
Don't get too hung up on the names of things.
But other than that, no, for the other reasons above.

2. Change mouse speed from Windows Control Panel
3. Continue playing

^ (Doesn't work if you're on Multiplayer mode though, so you might wanna get a mouse with on-the-fly sensitivity button instead)
