A ONE finger mod for game-play, give maybe a x0.4 increase Will block out either left click or first (interchangeable via settings)

<- Was my idea of it. Not my gameplay

Users would still be able to use more than one finger somehow and that would completely break this mod.

Even if this existed why would it give any score boost
considering you can already play maps with one finger if you want to
if it's really hard for you to avoid using both buttons, bind one of them to a far key on your keyboard that you won't reach, and there you got manual 1key mod
