Or we will refuse for:
--Song disliked
--Approving Maps
--Maps pre-moded by either of us
--Posted while queue is closed
you can ignore all the rules EXCEPT SP< 12 if：
You're mutual friend of either of us

--we like the song
--SB is appreciated
