I know that you can reduce the bright with Background Dim in solo but in multiplayer you don't really have time for that. Are there any possible way to reduce it once, all map are dark ? But of course you still can increase the bright for some map and the other are still dark. Thx.

You do have time for that since the game waits for you to set up your visual settings.
