It looks like your submission was screwed up at some point becauseif you look at osu.ppy.sh/s/75717 , you will notice that there is a E E I spread with one of the Es having no name. Also, when dling the mapset with video, you get a Normal diff that says "Not Yet Submitted"
To fix this, you just need to submit it again, and it should work. If you have problems with your submission, dl the one online and submit that.
