I noticed this when I was looking at the epic Shadow teddie fight on youtube.
The eyes of shadow teddie look like dark gaias and theres an item named Supersonic there are also some other parts of the game I have seen that also have references such as someone in the game is named Yusuke which is changed to Yosuke and someone in the game is named Orihime and that is obvious right there. If you guys can find other references to Anime and Video game characters in Persona 4 please reply saying so and make it spoiler tags for the reference I can't stress that enough.
