01:11:588 - Why is the return silenced? It lands perfectly on a beat in the song so there should be no reason to reduce the volume to 5%

00:43:588 (6) - Replace this with a 1/8 repeating slider? You could make it end at 00:43:938 - with soft sampleset

Hello, I am shit Aussie modder providing a shit mod.

[Kite's Easy]
Just a general thing but I didn't think slider speed changes where allowed in a difficulty labelled Easy?

Audio timing point removal:
  1. 00:05:988 - Sort of redundant since you can just use the initial offset mark to control the desired volume.
  2. 00:37:388 - and 00:37:488 - Both do nothing.
  3. 00:44:388 - and 00:45:188 - Same as above.
  4. 01:10:988 - If you get rid of the SV increase throughout the map this will become a useless point.
  1. 00:11:988 (3) - This to me looked a bit weird, try using these points:
    SPOILER
    Mid point - x:380 y:352
    End point - x:412 y:364
  2. 00:26:388 (1,2,3,4) - This combo needs a touch-up so that the spacing is consistent at 1.0x snap,, I"ll leave that up to yourself for how you wish to go about it.
  3. 00:32:788 (1,2) - For spacing consistency consider altering this combo so it's all snapped at 1.0x.
  4. 00:38:788 (3,1) - Same as above.
  5. 00:43:988 (2) - Same as above.
  6. 00:47:188 (2) - Same as above.
  7. 00:53:588 (2) - Same as above.
  8. 00:58:388 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5) - Even though all of this is snapped to a consistent 1.08x spacing, considering how the rest of the map was done at 1.0x wouldn't it be confusing for easy players?
  9. 01:07:988 (5,1) - Spacing.
  10. 01:11:188 (1,2,3) - Spacing.
Besides that, a fairly nice looking Easy, Kite. :D

  1. 00:14:588 (4) - Finish doesn't really suit the start of this slider in my opinion.
  2. 00:16:188 (2) - Same as above.
  3. 00:16:788 (1,2) - Use the addition to chuck a soft sample finish onto these beats as well.
  4. 00:22:788 (5,1) - Ruins the stream snap and looks ugly, shift it back into place using these co-ordinates - x:368 y:68.
  5. 00:25:588 (1,2,3) - Haven't really seen Hypers with 1/4 slider streams with this kind of spacing before, would advise to reduce the snap on these
  6. 00:29:088 (4,5) - Inconsistency in stream spacing.
  7. 00:31:188 (1) - This beat I would like to flow off the previous sped up slider as a nice jump, so position it around - x:412 y:72
  8. 00:55:088 (7,1) - Inconsistency in stream snap.
  9. 00:59:488 (4,5) - As above.
  10. 01:17:388 (5) - I would recommend placing this beat on top of the next 01:17:588 (1) - so the same sounding vocals are located at the same spot for a nice effect.
Solid job on this one.
Now we move off to the star of this show.
[Another]
  1. 00:08:588 (1) - I would split this up into a combination like this so more of the lyrics are brought into this combo as it hit-sounds nicer with a bunch of soft samples:
  2. 00:13:088 (10) - How about going for something like this for the rhythm:
  3. 00:14:588 (2) - Personally something like this is more fitting in my opinion:
  4. 00:16:188 (5) - Same as above.
  5. 00:16:788 (1,2) - Do what I suggested with the Hyper for this, use the Additions to apply a soft sample finish to this as well.
  6. 00:31:188 (1) - For a bit of extra pizzazz here, why not flip this horizontally and create a fun jump that flows off the previous sped up slider?
  7. 00:31:188 (1) - Reversing this slider's direction was actually fairly fun but it's up to you.
  8. 00:55:988 (1,2) - I would've loved being able to play this as a 1/3 stream but if you wish to keep it as the two repeat sliders, a suggestion would be to tweak the SV multiplier for 00:56:388 (2) - .
  9. 01:12:588 (3) - Covers up (4)'s repeat arrow on a default skin run so I would suggest relocating either this beat or sliding the endpoint for this slider to make this uncovered. Possible solution for it would be to repeat the prior 1, horizontally flip it and move it into position like so:
Besides that, sick difficulty get!

Just did a quick play on the Hyper and Another.

You'll probably need tick rate 2 due to all the slider speed changes.

In general, the Hard felt a bit much for this level of difficulty, when it comes to the spacing. Some instances were difficult to ascertain whether it was a 1/2 or a 1/4 rhythm.

For example, 00:59:188 (3,4) - should be stacked like all the other 1/4 instances during this particular melody line as it's troubling when the first time you come across it, you have this large spacing, and every other time it's a stack of some sort

At 00:23:188 (1,2,3) - this progression is 1/4 -> 1/2 but visually it looks very similar. Try to make this read a little bit better.

Anyway, just giving a couple examples for you to look out for.

As a suggestion, I liked what Natteke did in Another with 00:16:788 (1,2,3,4) - by slightly nudging them each note. Gives a cool effect, and would give a little more consistency across the set if you did it too.

Another is sexy. I like. Just probably needs tick rate 2.

Took a peek on request and here are just some small things that should be fixed before ranking.

[General]

[Taiko Oni]
  1. if you are having troubles understanding my suggestions, forum PM me or contact me in game and i will explain so you can understand :3
  2. There is really no need to use 1.6 SV. Please use 1.4 SV, makes the map so much easier to read.
  3. OD+1, OD5 seems low cause you use OD5 in muzukashii/futsuu.
  4. 00:21:388 (2) - I would recommend a don here instead of a kat for variety, it sounds pretty good too. This is because you have a kat on 00:22:988 (2) and that part fits much more to have a kat on than this one here, and they sound a bit different. Also because the upcoming downbeat has a kat instead of a don too.
  5. 00:27:788 (2) - Same thing as above. (for the repeating part that comes afterwards, it's fine to have all kats though, it's for variety after all)
[Taiko Muzukashii]
  1. In general this is a bit too hard for a muzukashii, regardless of the BPM. Some of the patterns are just too hard.

    ^ Totally agree, should use some adjustments. You will still have some ddk patterns, but a lot should be changed to ddd imo. It is also very important to make it easier because currently there is a too big gap between futsuu and muzukashii, and reducing the difficulty will help a lot.
  2. 00:20:988 (1) - Would recommend to change to a don. ddk this early in a muzukashii (and quite often) is a bit hard.
  3. 00:23:388 (2) - I would recommend to remove this note because there is no beat in the music. It would be easier to hit the remaining notes.
  4. 00:25:788 (1) - Would also recommend a change to don. It sounds just as good and reduces the difficulty a bit.
  5. 00:27:688 (3) - This note should not be here. The melody was at 00:27:488, not here. Might want to move it there or just remove.
  6. 00:30:388 (1) - Change to don. There is nothing special in the music here to have ddk, not in a muzukashii at least.
  7. 00:30:788 (2) - It would be nice to have a kat here because of high pitched melody and the drum hit.
  8. 00:32:588 (1) - I would also recommend a don here, just to reduce the difficulty a bit. There are a lot of streams already and 150 BPM isn't that slow to have so many different patterns in a muzu. :3
  9. 00:33:788 (1) - ^
  10. 00:38:588 (1) - ^
  11. 00:43:188 (1) - Change this to a kat. It sounds better and reduces the difficulty.
  12. 00:47:988 (3,4,1,2,1) - This is too hard. kkddk is way too hard for a muzukashii. You need to change this. I would recommend ddddk but see if you can think of something better here.
  13. 01:02:988 (1) - Change to kat, it's too hard like this. It sounds better as a kat too, because the next note is a downbeat with a don.
  14. 01:09:288 (1) - Also change to kat please.
[Hyper-RJ]
  1. 00:29:588 (1,1,1,1) - There is too little information for the players to notice 2nd and 4th sliders are fast. You will either need to use tickrate2 so the others have ticks, or you should reshape the 2nd and 4th slider into something more unique.
    Great map otherwise.

That's all, rest seems really good.
The only real problems with this mapset is the diffspread futsuu-muzukashii-oni, so muzu needs some toning down a little, and the sliders in RJ's diff that need either reshaping or some other tricks like tick2.
