i didn't want to explain the features, so i thought it would be best if i use camtasia as a reference.

If you don't know camtasia, it's basically a screen recording/video editing software. It offers infinite number of tracks, awesome animations and transitions, a really user friendly gui, and a lot of other features.

I know it's a lot of work, but we could implement the features one by one. This would seriously make storyboarding a breeze, since the current editor isn't that noob friendly.

They are tons of better Programs as Camtasia and they are surely cheaper as Camtasia. No Support from my Side.

Camtasia is shit.

Sony Vegas, MAGIX

I used Camtasia for a very long time and I can say that it lacks on abilities.

sony vegas looks way too overwhelming. i learned camtasia in 5 minutes, with the help of the tutorial. I haven't seen MAGIX though.

Song Vegas was pretty easy to learn. It works as you would expect it to work. This request shouldn't be based around just camtasia, but rather make the SB editor look like most video editors does.
