Actually I have no idea about what it really means, so i wanna ask for some detailed explanation...

Um, I'm not sure in which section in osu! should I post, and I guess posting it here instead could be safe, since referring this topic to general discussion is of no problem, I guess.

It's just a title that increases with post count for normal players. Some may have different titles to show what they do for the community e.g. Dev, BAT, etc

Oh, so it's actually related to post count, rather than playing skills?
