比赛规则
- 参赛者的提交谱面时间不能晚于提交截止日期。
- 参赛者不能提交无法读取或未完成的谱面。
- 参赛者可以使用自定义音效。
- 参赛者不能修改谱面中的Title, Artist, MP3, Source, Tags项目，但可以自定义预览点。
- 参赛者不能为谱面添加背景、视频、皮肤或Storyboard（包括Storyboard音效），但可以修改Combo颜色。
- 参赛者必须独立完成谱面，不能提交合作完成的谱面。
- 在比赛结果公布前，参赛谱面不能以任何形式被公开或传播；参赛者不能向评委提供有助于辨识谱面作者的信息。
- 本届比赛无需报名，参赛选手直接提交作品。
- 禁止使用小号参赛。
- 提交作品应遵守Ranking Criteria。
- 提交作品即代表参赛者同意并遵守以上所有规则。
- 鉴于本届PDC采用新规则，如有任何争议，组委会将保留最终决定权。
流程
比赛曲目
- 本次比赛共计三组歌曲，参赛者可以参加全部三组歌曲的角逐，但在每一组歌曲内参赛者仅能选择一首歌曲创作谱面。
- 请于官方网站（ https://pdc.obwc.net/ ）下载谱面模板。

谱面制作
- 参赛者需把模版中的Creator改成参赛者ID，例如"Mafumafu"。
- 参赛者只需完成一个难度，如果提交多个难度，会以难度星级最高的为准。
- 只允许使用下列难度名：Easy/Normal/Hard/Insane/Expert/Extra
谱面提交
请登录PDC官方网站（ https://pdc.obwc.net/ ）提交作品，提交入口稍后开启。评委评分
- 每位评审会独立地对谱面进行评分。
- 评委无法知道作品对应的参赛者。
- 评委会在技巧性、连贯性、创新性及评委印象四个方面上对谱面进行评分，其中：
技巧性 (Expertise) (30%)：作品的节奏、排列风格、音效等元素是否展现了一定的技巧？
连贯性 (Cohesion) (30%)：作品节奏、排列风格、音效等元素的使用是否一致？
创新性 (Creativity) (30%)：在保有适当可玩性的情况下，相比于其他作品是否运用了独创或少见的风格？
评委印象（10%）：评委的个人印象打分。
评分精度为1%。三个分数之和为谱面的原始得分。 - 评委给一张谱面的标准得分，为标准偏差标准化后的原始得分，即：
S* = (S - S(平均))/SD
S*为标准得分，S为原始得分，S(平均)为该评委打出的原始得分的平均数，SD为该评委给分的标准偏差。 - 评分结束后，组委会将会公布评分表和所有参赛谱面；其中评分表包括参赛者ID与对应的参赛者编号、评分。
- 对于每首组比赛歌曲，参赛者的排名按照分数的降序进行。
排名及奖项（待定）
本届PDC采取新的排名方式。排名将分FA，INST及VOC三组，每组内的两首曲目将在一起排名。每组排名第一者获得osu! Supporter（或等值现金）以及个人页面徽章（待定）。- Steering Committee：

Please read the rules carefully. Participants who violate the rules will be in risk of losing points or, under certain circumstances, have themselves disqualified from this contest. - Submission deadline is enforced.
- Submission must be complete, i.e, loadable and readable by osu! client.
- 参Custom hitsounds are allowed.
- Title, Artist, MP3, Source, Tags must NOT be modified. However, preview point can be customized.
- No background, video, skin and storyboard (including storyboard hitsounds) are allowed. However, custom combo colors are allowed.
- Submission must be finished by the contestant only. No collaboration is allowed.
- You cannot provide submission to any other individuals or parties before results are administered to the contestants and announced. Your submission should not contain information that helps Judges to recognize you.
- No registration is required to enter the contest. Please directly submit through the website.
- No smurfing account / multiaccount is allowed.
- Ranking criteria should be obeyed except for apparently not applicable cases such as spread requirements.
- Submitting entries means understanding and agreeing the ruleset above.

Mapping
- Participants have to change the Beatmap Creator in song setup to your OSU! ID, such as "Mafumafu."
- One and only one difficulty is allowed. If multiple difficulties are submitted, only the one with the highest star difficulty will be accepted.
- Only the following difficulty names are allowed: Easy/Normal/Hard/Insane/Expert/Extra
Submission
Please submit through https://pdc.obwc.net/ (Submission will be open shortly after.)Judging
- Each judge will score the submissions independently.
- Judges will not know the creator of the submissions.
- The unit of scoring is 1%. The categories of Judging are listed below:
a. Expertise (30%): How well does the submission demonstrate techniques regarding structure, music representation, flow, hitsounding, etc?
b. Cohesion (30%): How consistent is the submission regarding structure, music representation, flow, hitsounding etc especially between different sections?
c. Creativity (30%): How well does the submission show originality and uniqueness compared with the other submissions with reasonable respect to the playability?
Judge’s Impression (10%): This is the part of the score left to the Judges’ personal preferences on the submission.
The score will be standardized per the following method: The final score S* of a submission in the Qualifier Round is obtained by:
S* = ( S - S(average) ) / SD
in which S is the Original Score, S(average) is the average of all Original Scores that a judge has given throughout the round and SD is the standard deviation of all Original Scores that a judge has given throughout the round. - After judging all submissions, the staff will announce the list of scores and all submission maps. This list includes the corresponding OSU! player of each participant ID and the score of their map.
- For each song group, participants will be sorted in a descending order according to their Actual Score
Ranking and Prize
PDC2020 uses a new ranking system. Ranking will be split into three groups: FA, INST and VOC. The two songs in each group will be ranked together. Rank #1 of each group (which is the winner of each group) will be awarded osu! Supporter (or cash with the same value) and a profile badge (pending.)- Steering Committee：

IMPORTANT!!! Rules Update 10.23:
1. Extend a week to the deadlines to 11/08/2020 23:59:59 UTC ;
2. For the three long and relatively repetitive songs we can provide an option to the mappers to only map a portion of the song. This means for the following songs you can end your map as early as the timestamp listed: (This means you can end your map anywhere between the timestamp and the end of the mp3, but please follow the common sense of ending your map at appropriate timestamps according to the music!)

Note that there is no explicit penalty on scores for mapping a short ver., except for unreasonable or abrupt endings such as in the middle of some Kiai. However, mapping full version is still strongly recommended as mapping the entire song may provide you more opportunities to show your skill!
